Regulamin gry Blobiada

1. Informacje ogólne

Grę Blobiada udostępnia Wojciech Ulewicz (dalej „twórca”), kontakt: [email protected]. Pobierając i używając gry, akceptujesz ten regulamin. Zasady przetwarzania danych opisuje Polityka prywatności.

2. Gra

• Gra jest darmowa i zawiera reklamy oraz opcjonalne zakupy.
• Można grać bez konta. Konto pozwala zapisać postęp na serwerze i korzystać ze znajomych.
• Konto może założyć osoba, która ma co najmniej 13 lat. Młodsi mogą grać jako goście. Zakupy za prawdziwe pieniądze osoby niepełnoletnie powinny robić za zgodą rodzica lub opiekuna.
• Do gry online potrzebny jest internet. Twórca dokłada starań, żeby serwer działał bez przerw, ale nie gwarantuje tego. Mogą zdarzyć się przerwy techniczne.

3. Konto

• Odpowiadasz za bezpieczeństwo swojego hasła. Nie udostępniaj konta innym.
• Nazwa gracza i nick nie mogą być obraźliwe, wulgarne, podszywać się pod inne osoby ani naruszać prawa.
• Konto możesz w każdej chwili usunąć w grze: Ustawienia → Konto → Usuń konto. Usunięcie jest nieodwracalne – przepadają monety, przedmioty i opcja „Bez reklam” przypisana do konta.

4. Zasady fair play

Zabronione jest oszukiwanie (np. modyfikowanie gry lub serwera, wykorzystywanie błędów, automaty), nękanie innych graczy oraz próby zakłócania działania serwera. Za naruszenie regulaminu twórca może zablokować lub usunąć konto. Wcześniej, jeśli to możliwe, poinformuje o tym gracza i pozwoli mu wyjaśnić sprawę.

5. Monety i przedmioty

• Monety i przedmioty w grze to wirtualne dobra, które można wykorzystać tylko w Blobiadzie. Nie mają wartości pieniężnej, nie można ich wymienić na prawdziwe pieniądze ani przekazać innym graczom.
• Monety zdobywa się za grę, za obejrzenie reklamy z nagrodą (z dziennym limitem) albo przez zakup.

6. Zakupy za prawdziwe pieniądze

• Zakupy (pakiety monet, „Bez reklam”) są realizowane przez Google Play lub App Store na zasadach tych sklepów. Ceny widzisz w sklepie przed zakupem.
• „Bez reklam” to jednorazowy zakup, który wyłącza reklamy na koncie lub na urządzeniu, na którym go kupiono.
• Kupione treści cyfrowe dostarczamy od razu. Kupując, zgadzasz się na natychmiastowe dostarczenie i przyjmujesz do wiadomości, że tracisz prawo odstąpienia od umowy (art. 38 ust. 1 pkt 13 ustawy o prawach konsumenta).
• Zwroty są obsługiwane przez Google Play lub App Store według ich zasad.

7. Reklamacje

Jeśli coś nie działa albo zakup nie dotarł, napisz na [email protected]. Opisz problem i podaj nazwę gracza. Odpowiemy w ciągu 14 dni. Konsument może też skorzystać z pozasądowych sposobów rozwiązywania sporów, np. pomocy rzecznika konsumentów.

8. Odpowiedzialność

Gra jest udostępniana w obecnej postaci. Twórca nie odpowiada za przerwy spowodowane siłą wyższą, awariami sieci lub usług zewnętrznych (Google, Apple, dostawca serwera). Nie ogranicza to praw, które przysługują konsumentom z mocy prawa. Twórca może rozwijać grę, zmieniać ją lub zakończyć jej działanie. O zakończeniu działania gry poinformuje z co najmniej 30-dniowym wyprzedzeniem.

9. Prawa autorskie

Gra, jej grafika, muzyka i dźwięki należą do twórcy. Nie wolno ich kopiować ani rozpowszechniać bez zgody.

10. Zmiany regulaminu

O zmianach regulaminu poinformujemy w grze z co najmniej 14-dniowym wyprzedzeniem. Jeśli nie akceptujesz zmian, możesz usunąć konto.

11. Prawo właściwe

Regulamin podlega prawu polskiemu. Nie odbiera to konsumentom ochrony, którą dają im przepisy kraju, w którym mieszkają.

Blobiada Terms of Use

Effective from: 25 September 2026

1. General

Blobiada is provided by Wojciech Ulewicz (the "creator"), contact: [email protected]. By downloading and using the game you accept these Terms. How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.

2. The game

• The game is free and contains ads and optional purchases.
• You can play without an account. An account lets you save progress on the server and use friends.
• You can create an account if you are at least 13. Younger players can play as guests. Minors should make real-money purchases only with a parent's or guardian's permission.
• Online play requires an internet connection. The creator does their best to keep the server running, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed and technical breaks may occur.

3. Account

• You are responsible for keeping your password safe. Do not share your account.
• Usernames and nicknames must not be offensive or vulgar, impersonate others or break the law.
• You can delete your account at any time: Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion is permanent – coins, items and "No ads" linked to the account are lost.

4. Fair play

Cheating (e.g. modifying the game or server, exploiting bugs, bots), harassing other players and attempts to disrupt the server are not allowed. The creator may suspend or delete accounts that break these Terms. Where possible, the player will be informed first and given a chance to explain.

5. Coins and items

• In-game coins and items are virtual goods usable only in Blobiada. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money and cannot be transferred to other players.
• Coins are earned by playing, by watching a rewarded ad (with a daily limit) or by purchase.

6. Real-money purchases

• Purchases (coin packs, "No ads") are processed by Google Play or the App Store under their terms. Prices are shown in the store before you buy.
• "No ads" is a one-time purchase that removes ads for the account or device it was bought on.
• Digital content is delivered immediately. By purchasing, you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.
• Refunds are handled by Google Play or the App Store according to their policies.

7. Complaints

If something doesn't work or a purchase didn't arrive, email [email protected] with a description and your username. We will reply within 14 days.

8. Liability

The game is provided "as is". The creator is not liable for interruptions caused by force majeure or failures of networks or third-party services (Google, Apple, hosting provider). This does not limit your statutory consumer rights. The creator may develop, change or discontinue the game. Discontinuation will be announced at least 30 days in advance.

9. Copyright

The game, its graphics, music and sounds belong to the creator and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

10. Changes

We will announce changes to these Terms in the game at least 14 days in advance. If you don't accept them, you can delete your account.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Polish law. This does not deprive consumers of the protection granted by the law of their country of residence.
