Płatności obsługują Google Play i App Store. Nigdy nie widzimy numeru Twojej karty ani danych płatniczych.

Jeśli grasz jako gość, monety, przedmioty i ustawienia są zapisane tylko na Twoim telefonie. Usuniesz je, odinstalowując grę albo wybierając Ustawienia → Resetuj postęp gościa. Przy grze online serwer i tak przetwarza Twój nick i adres IP na czas rozgrywki.

6. Komu przekazujemy dane

Część tych firm może przetwarzać dane poza Europejskim Obszarem Gospodarczym, np. w USA. Odbywa się to na podstawie decyzji Komisji Europejskiej (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) lub standardowych klauzul umownych. Zasady tych firm: Google, Apple, Cloudflare.

Masz prawo do: dostępu do swoich danych, ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, przeniesienia, sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania opartego na prawnie uzasadnionym interesie oraz cofnięcia zgody na reklamy spersonalizowane w dowolnym momencie (nie wpływa to na zgodność z prawem wcześniejszego przetwarzania). Konto usuniesz sam w grze. W innych sprawach napisz na [email protected]. Masz też prawo złożyć skargę do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl).

9. Dzieci

Przy pierwszym uruchomieniu gra pyta o rok urodzenia. Zapisujemy go tylko na telefonie, nie wysyłamy go na serwer. Od wieku zależy:

Jeśli dowiemy się, że konto założyło dziecko poniżej 13 lat, usuniemy je. Rodzic lub opiekun może w każdej chwili napisać do nas w sprawie danych dziecka.

10. Bezpieczeństwo

Połączenie z serwerem jest szyfrowane (HTTPS/WSS). Hasła przechowujemy wyłącznie jako skróty kryptograficzne. Dostęp do serwera ma tylko administrator.

11. Zmiany polityki

Jeśli zmienimy tę politykę, opublikujemy nową wersję na tej stronie. O ważnych zmianach poinformujemy w grze.

Payments are handled by Google Play and the App Store. We never see your card number or payment details.

As a guest, your coins, items and settings are stored only on your phone. You can remove them by uninstalling the game or with Settings → Reset guest progress. During online play the server still processes your nickname and IP address for the duration of the match.

6. Who we share data with

Some of these companies may process data outside the European Economic Area, e.g. in the USA. This is based on the European Commission's adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses. Their policies: Google, Apple, Cloudflare.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, to restrict processing, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to withdraw consent to personalised ads at any time (this does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing). You can delete your account yourself in the game. For anything else, email [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority – in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), uodo.gov.pl.

9. Children

On first launch the game asks for your year of birth. It is stored only on your phone and never sent to the server. Your age determines:

If we learn that a child under 13 created an account, we will delete it. A parent or guardian can contact us about their child's data at any time.

The connection to the server is encrypted (HTTPS/WSS). Passwords are stored only as cryptographic hashes. Only the administrator has access to the server.

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page and let you know in the game about important changes.
